We process refunds the same day of receiving your return. You will be sent a notification email, and/or text message after your refund has been processed. It will take 24-48 hours for the funds to reflect back on your statement. 

Exchanges are made fast, easy, and hassle free! We will process your exchange and ship your new order the same day of receiving your return. You will be sent a new order notification email, and/or text message after your exchange has been processed.

If your products have been damaged during transit, simply send us an email with a photo of the contents and we will process a new shipment, or issue a refund the same day you notify us.
